In view of the fact that the Petitioners have an alternative efficacious remedy by way of the Appeal/Revision before the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of.

In the event, the Petitioners file any application for stay in the said Appeal / Revision, that they would be filing against the impugned order, the Revisionary / Appellate Authority is directed to consider the said application expeditiously and not later than 3 weeks of the filing of the said application.
