In Crime No. 153/2018 registered with Manchar Police Station, Pune Rural for offence punishable under Sections 326, 325, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, 135 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37 (1) (3), 135 of Mumbai Police Act, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

The role attributed to the applicant in crime in question is use of stick and by stone. The contents in the F.I.R. in the aforesaid effect if appreciated, there is no specific role attributed to the applicant of assault to anybody. What is alleged is applicant tried to assault brother of complainant Vithal by stone, however, Vilas, the co-accused intervened in the matter.

In the aforesaid background and having regard to the fact that there is cross complaint, in absence of any criminal antecedents, Adinterim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 12/06/2018 stands confirmed.
