Heard learned counsel for the applicant on Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we find that there was sufficient cause for non compliance of the office objections in time. In the circumstances, we condone the delay which has occurred in complying with the peremptory order passed by the Registrar. We allow the Civil Application and restore Writ Petition (St) No. 29947 of 2014 to its original number. Office objections be now complied with within two weeks from today.
