Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders the original envelop containing a letter sent by the learned advocate on record to his client which is returned by the postal authority with remark 'addressee has left' on 24th July, 2017. The envelop containing a letter tendered by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. 2.
