Heard Ms. Phansikar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Manesh, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Present Interim Application is filed for seeking substitution of the Petitioner in view of the averments made in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the Application. It is stated that the Applicant is now merged with the Petitioner and therefore, amendment is sought as per Exh. "C" Schedule which is at page No. 70 of the Application. There can be no impediment in allowing such Application. The scheme of merger has been annexed to the Application and I have perused the same.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried as per the Schedule annexed as Exh. "C" to the Application within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title / Petition shall be served on the Respondents within one week after carrying out the amendment. Interim Application is disposed.
