The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non prosecution of account of the conditional order dated 20-4-2016. The Applicant also seeks condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the above Civil Application. Since the Petition has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of non removal of office objections, it would be just and proper to show a final indulgence to the Applicant. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the delay of 12 days in filing the above Civil Application stands condoned and the above Writ Petition is restored to file. The Applicant is directed to remove the office objections within two weeks from date failing which the Petition again would stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court.
