By this civil application applicant-State of Maharashtra is seeking condonation of 201 days delay in filing first appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 23.07.2007 passed by the learned 8th Ad-hoc District Judge, Pune in Land Acquisition Reference No.277 of 1993 granted enhanced compensation in favour of respondent No.1. Respondent No.2 is acquiring body.
