The petitioner has admittedly not challenged the certificate issued under Section 101 the Maharashtra co-operative Societies Act, and therefore, auction notice is challenged with a prayer to settle the matter, for the first time in the Writ Petition. We are not willing to accept. 2.

We are of the view that the Petitioner has alternate remedy available to settle the dispute even if any. The petition is disposed of with liberty.
