P.C.:- From the perusal of the Petition Memo filed by the Petitioners, the allegations of the Petitioners themselves that the action against the Petitioners is taken at the behest of Applicant No.2. In that view of the matter, we find that the Applicants are necessary parties in the Writ Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed.

The learned AGP is requested to supply the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister to the Petitioners within a period of one week from today. The Amendment to the Petition be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Writ Petition No. 6914 of 2017 be placed on board on 26 July 2017.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue until further orders.
