By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the common judgment dated 4.2.2015 passed by Judge, Family Court No.3 Pune in PE No.186 of 2010 and PE No.216 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding challenging the impugned judgment passed by Judge, Family Court No.3 Pune in PE No.186 of 2010 and PE No.216 of 2013 separately.

To that effect he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
