The applicant is challenging an order passed by the Trial Court in an application under Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. During the pendency of the present civil revision application, Section 9A has been repealed by CPC Maharashtra (Amendment) Ordinance 2018 with effect from 27 June 2018. 2.

The civil revision application, therefore, stands abated. The Trial Court shall decide the suit on merits.

In view of disposal of the civil revision application, civil application does not survive and the same stands disposed of as infructuous.
