For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.1373 of 2018, is allowed; (ii) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.33 of 2017, registered at the instance of DCB CID Unit - I, Mumbai, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of

(iii) Applicant shall attend DCB CID Unit-I, Mumbai, every month on first Saturday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till conclusion of the trial;

(iv) Applicant shall also attend the trial Court regularly during the date of hearing, unless exempted by the Court for some reasons;

(v) Bail Application No.1373 of 2018, stands disposed of.
