4-caw-1518-2011 interim arrangement will be subject to the result of this Petition as also the result of S.L.P. No. 29006 of 2014 which is pending before the Supreme Court against the decision of the Full Bench relating to Section 20 of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976. 3.

This order shall part of the Minutes of the order dated 14th September, 2016. It may not be construed that the Respondents have consented for the same.

The Civil Application stands disposed of as such. 5.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. Rule is granted.

No fresh notice is required to be issued as the Respondents are already present.
