Ms. Shraddha Dube-Patil, learned counsel for the Appellant, states that, as the matter is being settled between the parties, she seeks leave to withdraw this Family Court Appeal with liberty to file a fresh Appeal, in case the settlement is not worked out. 3.

In view of the prayer made, this Family Court Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such, with liberty as prayed for.
