Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The order passed by the School Tribunal, Mumbai dated 05-01-2016 is set aside.

(ii)The School Tribunal shall hear Appeal no.27 of 2014 afresh and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. (iii)The School Tribunal shall not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.
