501-FAST17168-14+.DOC amount of Rs. 34,65,696/-. It is agreed that Rs. 23 lakhs will be withdrawn from the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in the manner provided in Clause (2). The amount of Rs. 50,000/- has already been withdrawn by the Respondents. 2.
The Consent Terms are signed on behalf of the Appellant and by the Respondent No. 1 for herself and Respondent No. 5, as also Respondents Nos. 2, 3 and 4. All the Respondents are present in Court. The signed Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date.

The Registry will upload a scanned copy of the Consent Terms as second order in this matter.

The First Appeal is disposed of in accordance with these Consent Terms, dispensing with the requirement of filing a second set of Consent Terms in the proforma.
