By the above Civil Application, the Applicant seeks the following relief :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicant to place on record in this Hon'ble Court copies of her Income Tax Returns for AY 2015-2016 and AY 2016-2017 accompanied by a supporting Affidavit, as well as a copy of the Compilation of Documents at Exh.100;"

The above Family Court Appeal has been admitted on 09.03.2016 and is therefore pending, hearing and final disposal. The BGP.

aforesaid documents in respect of which the reliefs vide prayer clause (a) are sought to be brought on record, is to buttress the case of the Applicant/original Appellant for claiming enhanced alimony from the Respondent-husband. In our view, the above Civil Application can be allowed, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties as regards the said documents. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Respondent would be at liberty to file a reply in respect of the said documents raising such contentions as are available in law within four weeks and copy be furnished to the other side.
