By way of the present application, the petitioners pray for amendment to the Writ Petition in view of the subsequent development in the nature of State Government notification dated 24 th February, 2022. notification itself shows that the notification is subject to the final orders being passed in the present Writ Petition.

The prayer for amendment is allowed. The petitioner is granted one week's time for carrying out the amendment. Needless to state that a copy of the amended petition be supplied to the respondents. In case the respondents are desirous of filing their additional reply, the same may be filed within one week thereafter. In any case, filing and exchange of replies be completed within three weeks from today. List the petition for further consideration on 8 th September, 2022.
