This is an application for condonation of delay of 23 days in filing the application and for stay of notice dated 20/09/2000.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the same will be considered at the time of hearing Review Petition. Office shall register the Review Petition, if it is otherwise ready. 4.
