This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring an appeal challenging the conviction and resultant sentence imposed on the applicant/accused for offences alleged to have been committed under various sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, as well as under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
