Learned counsel for the parties state that the dispute between the parties is settled. They have tendered consent terms dated 16 December 2016 signed by the Secretary of the Management as well as by the Employee.

The Petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The Management shall send the proposal of the employee in respect of his pensionery benefits within 2 months to the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall consider the proposal in accordance with law and send the same to the office of Accountant General expeditiously.
