Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

On the complaint of the Petitioner/ Complainant, the District Collector has passed certain orders on 16 October 2019. One part of the complaint was dismissed. The Petitioner seeks a direction that other part of the order be complied with. If the District Collector has passed an order, it is for the District Collector to ensure compliance of his own order.

We grant liberty to the Petitioner to draw attention of the District Collector to his own order dated 16 October 2019, who is expected to ensure that his order is complied with, unless it is set
