By this petition, the petitioner has sought the following substantive reliefs:- "20 .... ....

"(b) This Hon'ble court may instruct the Hon'ble District Commission i.e., Addl. Thane Dist. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to kindly present Respondent No.3 on all the necessary dates in all the matters listed above in Exhibit - "C" pertaining to the same issues raised by the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

18-wp.2391.2023.doc current petitioner so that the proper and appropriate steps could be taken in all;

(c) This Hon'ble court may direct the Hon'ble District Commission i.e., Addl. Thane Dist. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to reconsider their order to release respondent no. 4 on the single PR bond issued via an order passed in one of the consumer complaints mentioned in Exhibit - "E";

(d) This Hon'ble court may direct the Hon'ble District Commission i.e., Addl. Thane Dist. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to cancel the bail granted to respondent No. 4 via an order passed in one of the consumer complaints mentioned in Exhibit - "E"." 3.

None of the aforesaid prayers are maintainable before this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance before the appropriate forum. 4.

Petition is dismissed and accordingly disposed of. GAURI GODSE, J.
