Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has placed before us copy of the order dated 5 January 2024 passed by the Hon' ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 14613 of 2023. Perusal of the said order indicates that Petitioner as well as Respondent No.2 had filed two FIRs against each other i.e. FIR No.1561 of 2022 which was registered in the State of Telangana and the subject FIR No.46 of 2023 registered in the State of Maharashtra.
