Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants were apprehending their arrest in connection with C.R. No. 272 of 2015 registered with the Mulund Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 306, 498A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are the mother-in-law, father-in-law and married sister-in-law of deceased Harsha. The applicants were protected by an interim order which was granted by this Court vide order dated 30th June, 1/3
2015. Learned Senior Counsel submits that the said order has been executed and the applicants have been enlarged on bail pursuant to the said order. He submits that charge-sheet has been filed on 10th August, 2015 and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. 4.
In view of the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicants, nothing survives for consideration in this application. The same is disposed of accordingly.
