1] By an Order dated 12th June 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and have filed Consent Terms in Criminal Appeal No. 360 of 2012 pending on the file of the Sessions Court at Mumbai. He has tendered the certified copy of the Consent Terms dated 19.6.2018. The same is taken on record. He submitted that, out of Rs.13.00 lakhs, till today the applicant 1/2

aba.1117-2018.doc has paid Rs.8.00 lakhs to the respondent No.2 and the balance amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs will be paid to the respondent No.2 as per the Consent Terms. The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 acceded to the said statement. 3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 12th June 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
