The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submits that due to the strike of lawyers at Pune, this pre arrest bail was moved before this Court directly and the interim protection was granted to the applicant by an order dated 30th June, 2015. Now the strike is called-off and the application for pre arrest bail is filed in the Sessions Court, Pune and it is now posted for hearing on 17th July, 2015. Hence, protection granted by this Court by an order dated 30th June, 2015 be extended.

In view of this, the protection granted to the applicant by an order dated 30th June, 2015 is hereby extended till 17th July, 2015 on the same terms and conditions.
