Having regard to the challenge raised in the above Civil Revision Application, the Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application with liberty to file a Writ Petition. The Civil Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In view of the withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application, the Civil Application does not survive and to accordingly disposed of as such.
