The learned counsel for the Petitioner (original defendant no.9) and Respondent Nos.1 and 2 (original plaintiffs) have agreed to an interim arrangement, pending the suit between them and accordingly have tendered Minutes of Order dated 6th March, 2020 duly signed by the parties. The said Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Accordingly, there shall be an order in terms of the Minutes of Order dated 6th March, 2020. However, clause - 5 of the Minutes of

2/2 902-WP.8493.2018.doc Order directing the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, to dispose of the Suit finally within a period of six months, is modified and the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, is directed to dispose of the Suit, within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Undertakings given in Minutes of Order dated 6th March, 2020 are accepted. Parties to comply with the respective undertakings set out in the Minutes of Order dated 6th March, 2020.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
