ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 that, they have no objection if the petitioner joined Ratnagiri Zilla Parishad at Dapoli as Senior Assistant from which post the Petitioner was released. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in view of this, is not pressing the present writ petition. The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, with liberty. 1/2
