After hearing the parties extensively on the amount of arrears and the other issues, both the parties agree to the following arrangement which is recorded in the Deshmane(PS)

operative part of this order in the presence of learned counsel for the Petitioners and in the presence of the Respondent No.2 who is present in person. Petitioner No.1 is also present in person. In their presence and at their instance, the following order is passed :
:: O R D E R ::
i.
The amount of Rs.5 Lakhs which the Petitioner No.1 has deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 19.4.2023 can be withdrawn by the Respondent No.2. Specific permission for that purpose is granted to her.
ii.
The Petitioner No.1 shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- directly in the account of the Respondent No.2, which she claims that she had paid to the school towards the school fees of their children. iii. The Petitioner No.1 shall continue to make payment every month as directed by learned Magistrate by way of interim order, till disposal of the case before him. iv.
C.C. No.18/DV/2021 pending before the learned

Magistrate, 49th Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai shall be decided by the learned Magistrate within a period of five months from today. Both the parties shall cooperate in disposal of the said proceedings within that period.
v.
While passing the final order, learned Magistrate shall also decide the question of arrears, if any, in respect of the interim maintenance.
vi. All the questions raised by both the parties are specifically left open to be decided by the learned Magistrate.
vii. In view of the aforesaid directions, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, does not press this Petition for any other reliefs.
