a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to implead the Interveners Applicants as Party Respondents in the present Writ Petition No.5570/2019 and be allowed to represent themselves and contest and oppose the Writ Petition No.5570/2019.

(b) Petitioner to carry out amendment on or before 07/02/2020 with copy to other side.

(c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (d) No order as to costs.
