The MCA seeks transfer of a suit, being Suit No.3817/2012, filed by the Respondent in the City Civil Court at Bombay against the Applicant from the City Civil Court at Bombay to this court, to be heard along with Suit No.747/2013 pending before this court. This latter suit is filed by the Applicant against the Respondent. Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that his client is agreeable to have the City Civil Court suit transferred to this court for being heard with pending Suit No.747/2013.
