Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has offered and is willing to pay an amount of Rs. 4,75,000/- towards full and final settlement. The learned Counsel for the respondent upon instructions from the respondent has agreed to accept the amount as full and final settlement towards the dispute between the parties.

The respondent submits that since the parties have arrived at full and final settlement, there would be no issue in respect of reinstatement of the respondent. Learned Counsel for the petitioner upon instructions further submits that the payment of Rs. 4,75,000/- will be made on or before 14/11/2018.
