After filing of this petition, appointment of the petitioner as "Junior Clerk" has been approved by the Education Officer and, therefore, purpose of the petition has been served by grant of such approval. Copy of the approval order is produced before this Court. It is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 4.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of having been served the purpose.

We further direct respondents No.1 to 5 to take steps for allotting Shalarth I.D to the petitioner and ensure that salary of the petitioner is released within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
