Heard Mr.Vaidya, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Ms.Mehta, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.

Having perused the grounds as made out in the review petition and the judgment and order dated 11 December 2017, of which a review is sought, no ground is made out to review the said order, under any of the permissible parameters falling under Order XLVII Rule (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The review petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

At this stage, Mr.Vaidya, learned Counsel for the petitioner, prays for stay of execution of decree.
