Advocate for the petitioner submits that he received instruction to appear on behalf of respondent wife. He undertakes to file his Vakalatnama on or before the next date.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 1.3.2017 passed by Family Court No.3, Mumbai below Exhibit-13 in Interim Application No.257 of 2015 in petition No.A-1304 of 2015 directing petitioner husband to pay maintenance charges to the respondent wife @ Rs.5,000/- per Mohite 1/2

515 wp6695-17 month from the date of application i.e. 4.12.2015 till the decision of the main petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that next date before Family Court is 25.7.2017.

Considering these facts, office is directed to place the present Writ Petition on board on 7.7.2017 for admission.

In the meanwhile, petitioner to remove all office objections in the petition on or before 6.7.2017, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. Stand over to 7.7.2017.
