Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner seeks direction against Respondent No.2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nasik to decide their Application dated 28.04.2010 as early as possible.

The learned AGP submits that she has received instruction from Respondent No.2 in writing by letter dated 22.06.2018 stating that they will decide the Petitioner's Application as early as possible but in any case within 6 months. The statement is accepted. Hence, following order is passed:

a The Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 28.04.2010 on its own merits as early as Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
