Mr.Jamdar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly invited my attention to the judgment dated 5th October,2015 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.1659 of 1997 and other connected matters and submits that in view of the said judgment in the said matters, this petition has become infructuous. The statement is accepted.
