The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner after arguing sometime states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if the hearing of the Appeal is expedited and and the same is directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame. Since the Appeal is directed against an order passed by the Collector, Solapur disqualifying the Petitioner under Section 14(J-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958. The Petitioner's request is reasonable. The Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is therefore directed to hear and decide the Appeal latest by 15.09.2015. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
