By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief : "(a) By suitable writ, order or direction this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations dated 15.01.2021 and received dated 27.01.2021 and to take disciplinary action against the guilty officers in accordance with the disciplinary rules applicable to them;"

Without going into the merits of the case, we direct the the Divisional Commissioner, Pune to dispose off the representations filed by the Petitioner dated th January, 2021 and 27 th January, 2021 strictly on merits, within a period of 8 weeks from today. In view of this order, the Petitioner is not pressing for any other reliefs claimed in the above Petition.
