The above Civil Application has been filed for deleting the Applicant No.1 Smt. Laxmibai Ramchandra Dhavle as she has expired and since the Applicant No.2 is her heir who is already on record. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Applicant No.1 is allowed to be deleted. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
