Learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the copy of the 'B' Summary Report submitted by the Investigating Offcer in the Court of JMFC, Court No.9, Pune. The said report is tendered on 24/02/2021 with a request to the learned Magistrate to pass appropriate orders. 2.

The applicant was admitted to interim protection by order dated 24/07/2020. On completion of investigation, 'B' Summary Report has been fled and in such circumstances, the application deserves to be disposed of. Needless to state that the parties, including the applicant and the complainant are free to avail the rights available to them, on fling of the 'B' Summary Report.
