Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, submits that the Petition was filed with certain incomplete instructions and subsequent to filing the Petition certain documents were obtained by the Petitioner. Hence, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to file the appropriate Petition with all relevant material so as to raise the grievance before appropriate forum including judicial forum.
