Heard learned counsel for both sides. This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by this court by its order dated 18th April 2015 thereby directing applicant to attend police station on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 10 am to 12 noon. Learned counsel had contended that above condition be relaxed by directing applicant to visit the police station only on Monday from 10 am to 12 noon. This court considered the case of avk 1/2

26-APPP-516-2015.doc applicant by modifying the condition, thereby directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station as and when called for, by its order dated 31st August 2015. Learned counsel for the applicant has thus submitted that after this order, applicant is not summoned on single occasion by the Investigating Officer and prior to that had attended Investigating Officer on almost 60 dates.

Learned APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer, who is present in the court, states that no further attendance of applicant is necessary, however, submits that applicant's custody is required for the purpose of interrogation, which submission can duly be considered while hearing anticipatory bail application. In that view of the matter, application stands disposed of as allowed.
