The applicant was granted interim protection by order dated 20th June, 2017. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.I-26 of 2017 registered with Vikramgadh Police Station, Tal. Jawhar, Palghar. The offence was registered under section 304(2) read with 34 of IPC. The applicant is one of the volunteer to the camp of the children at Natures Trail Resort, Vikramgad. One of the child aged 13 years drowned in the dam water and the FIR was registered against the various persons.

rpa 2/2 aba-1045-17.doc The applicant is a student. The applicant has complied with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 20th June, 2017 by attending the police station. The applicant is studying in Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science, Churchgate, Mumbai and pursuing her internship opportunities and she had volunteered for helping the children in the camp. Some of the persons were arrested who are concerned with the organizer of the camp and they have been released on bail. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is, therefore, not necessary.

Hence, I pass the following order:

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1045 of 2017 is allowed;

(ii) The interim order dated 20th June, 2017 is confirmed;

(iii) The applicant is directed to report Vikramgadh Police Station, Jawhar, DistrictPalghar as and when called for. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
