Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that the election programme has been finalized on 26.6.2015. Ward formation was completed in the month of May, 2015. It is further submitted that W.P. No. 5311/15 raising identical issue was withdrawn on 26.6.2015.

In view of the fact that the election process has been set in motion, in exercise of extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly
