Learned counsel appearing for the respondents waive service. By consent of the parties, the petition is heard finally. 3.

By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prayed for direction against respondent no.4 to submit proposal for the payment of monthly honorarium to the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak from 01.02.2012 to 31.01.2015 and monthly salary in the pay scale as an Assistant Teacher w.e.f. 1/2

13-wp8525-19.doc 01.02.2015 in respondent no.4 - School. Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that respondent no.4 has already submitted pay bills for the said payment to respondent No.2A i.e. the Superintendent, Pay & Provident Fund Unit (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sindhudurg. Statement is accepted. 4.

Respondent no.2A is impleaded pursuant to order passed by this Court in the interim application. He is directed to consider pay bills within a period of six week from today. Respondent no.1A i.e. the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur is directed to take appropriate steps and include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth ID within a period of four weeks from today. Respondent no.2A is directed to release the payment of the salary of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today as per salary bills submitted by respondent no.4 without fail. 5.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms.

The Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
