The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the petitioner has filed a fresh application for issuance of a certificate for unilateral deemed conveyance and thus seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Leave as sought is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent No. 6- the District Deputy Registrar shall endeavor to decide the application filed by the petitioner, for issuance of a certificate for unilateral deemed conveyance, as early as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
