The prayer in this petition is for transferring the investigation in C.R. No. 96 of 2021 registered at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Pune to another Investigating Agency. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet has been fled. 3.

Considering the fact that the charge-sheet is already fled, the quuestion of grant of any relief, at this stage, by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India does not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to resort to any other appropriate remedy, if any, available under the law. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
